Return and Refund Policy
At VENTURY MOOD, we strive to ensure that every product arrives in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our brand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, personal preference, or change of mind. All sales are final once the order has been processed.
Exceptions for damages or defects: The only exception to our no-return policy is if the received product shows manufacturing damage or an obvious quality defect. In such cases:

Notification Period: You have a period of 48 hours after delivery to notify us of the damage.

Evidence: You must send a photograph of the defective product to our contact email address, including your order number.

Resolution: Once the defect is verified, we will proceed to send you a replacement unit at no additional cost or, if the product is no longer available, we will issue a refund for the item's value.
Note: Claims will not be accepted for products that show signs of having been used, washed, or damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
